When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from the day we receive your order. Please allow an additional five to six days for your product to be delivered. If for any reason your order will be delayed you will be notified by phone or email.  The prices and estimated shipping time apply only to the lower 48 states.
 

What if you do not have my item?
In some cases, our warehouse may have an inventory discrepancy and some items may no longer be available.  We strive to keep our inventory as current as possible, but in some cases errors arise.  We appreciate your business and in this event you will be contacted via e-mail to see if you wish the remaining part of the order to be shipped.

Privacy Policy:   We will not share your personal information.

Returns:  If for some reason you received an item in error or damaged, please contact me within seven (7) days of receipt for return instructions.  See below for special instructions on Le Vele products.

If you change your mind on the item or do not need the item any longer, or you ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return or exchange.  Please contact us within seven (7) days  of receipt and we will send you the return instructions.

Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.

Returns and Exchanges: Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged.  A restocking fee of all items taken out of the original packaging will be charged a $7.50 per item.


For Le Vele products:  We offer one time, item exchange with no additional fees. (Shipping charges will apply to and from any destination for the exchange). All
other returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 per item processing fee plus the actual shipping cost for the return.  You must contact us by email within 3 business days from the delivery date and obtain a return authorization (RA) in order for us to accept the return. We then email you PDF copy of the shipping label which you forward to your customer to print and paste on the same shipping box for the return. Once we receive the returned merchandize we will insure it is in “unused condition” and we will credit your account.  All returns must be in the original box and unused condition and must have an RA number before we accept them.  If a return is not dropped for shipment within 15 days from the delivery date we will refuse it and no refund will be issued.
